Down Syndrome or Cancer Plaque

It is our honor to do plaques such as this one, as we have had many special honors to work with children and young adults with Down Syndrome and many other afflictions.

This plaque is in the colors for Down Syndrome of blue and yellow with corresponding colors around the edges of the clear plaque. The plaque itself is 12" in diameter. It is accompanied with a clear glass arched base. Together these two items pair perfectly to create an amazing work of art. Together they sit at 15" high.
